Wellard Oval is one of the newer ovals in Kwinana with a pavilion. There pavilion is available for hire through the Town of Kwinana. The oval is well maintained and has limited car parking spaces.

Wellard Park is conveniently located at the roundabout of Wellard Road and Bertram Road. Parking is available off Wellard Road with ramp access to park. Park benches and picnic tables are spread around the park to provide personal areas for entertaining. One playground and the swings are covered by shade sails perfect for those hot summer days. The sheltered playground is designed for people with disabilities to enjoy. A large open grassed area is provided for maximum physical activity opportunities.

Linear Park has many hidden distinguishing park benches throughout the park for relaxing somewhere peaceful. Two electric BBQ's are available for cooking lunch or dinner and are located overlooking the playgrounds. The playgrounds consist of many different pieces of equipment to entertain the children. There is a pond located at one end of the park with a stream running through the rest of the park, leading to it. This park is perfect for a quiet family picnic with plenty of shade from the mature trees.
