Kwinana Recquatic is the place to be during the school holidays! With fun to be had at Vacation Care, on pool inflatable obstacle course, at our Holiday Swim program, and in the Leisure Pool, you can enjoy the best of summer, whilst staying sun smart indoors.
VACATION CARE:
The Vacation Care school holiday program provides quality care for primary school aged children from 5 – 12 years. The program is licensed with the Department of Community Development and the Community Services Act, and is registered with National Child Care Accreditation Council and Family Assistance Office.
Operating hours:
The program runs from Monday to Friday, 8.00am– 6.00pm throughout the school holiday period (except public holidays).
Over the December/January holidays, the program doesn't run for approximately a week between Christmas and New Year.
Venue:
The Vacation care program utilises the facilities at Kwinana Recquatic including the Sports Stadium and Aquatic centre.
Occasionally, activities may take place at Calista Oval, located across the road (Gilmore Avenue).
Activities & Excursions:
A planned but flexible program has been devised, with a wide range of age specific activities, games, and art and craft sessions, including excursions to many of Perth’s major attractions, workshops and events.
How to enrol:
Enrolments open 2 weeks prior to the end of school term. Please visit or contact reception, complete an enrolment form with the assistance of the centre’s Customer Service Officers. Full payment of parent fees is required to confirm booking. A statement is issued with each payment.
A package including Parent Information Booklet, Enrolment Forms and Program Information is issued each enrolment. .
Child Care Benefit (CCB) available:
All parent/carers are now eligible for child care benefit. Kwinana Recquatic deducts CCB from your fees, providing you and your children have registered Kwinana Recquatic Vacation Care with the Family Assistance office before enrolling (provider number 555 010 549A).
