Adult term programs

Kwinana Recquatic offers programs for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

BOOTCAMP (SUNRISE):

DAYS:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
TIME: 6.00am – 7.00am
For early risers looking to exercise before work. High intensity for all fitness levels.

YOGA

DAYS:
Monday or Wednesday
TIME:  6.30pm - 8.30pm
Yoga classes are designed to make you feel better. The Yoga practiced is predominantly Hatha Yoga, practicing postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
Stretch your body, relax your mind.

BOOTCAMP (MUMS):

DAYS: Tuesday & Thursday
TIME: 9:30am - 10:30am 

A high intensity exercise session designed to challenge all levels of fitness in a fun and social environment. Program runs with school terms and crèche is included.

KWINANA ACTIVE PARENTING (KAP):

Wednesdays from 11.15am - 1.15pm (8 week program).

The Kwinana Active Parents Program is a fun exercise program for parents with babies up to 6 months of age. It encourages parents to interact and bond with their babies whilst participating in floor exercises with an experienced gym instructor, followed by a hydrotherapy session. Each session lasts for 30 minutes.

Following the exercise sessions parents are able to bring lunch to eat, while a representative from local organisations attend on a weekly basis to discuss on topics relevant to parent and babies.

This is an inter-agency program involving Kwinana Recquatic, Kwinana Community Health and Development Centre, Ngala and other local organisations.
